How to Whitelist Scam Defense for Outlook

On the Web

Add us as a contact first!
Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
Click the ⚙ Settings icon → View all Outlook settings
Select Mail → Junk email → under Safe senders and domains, click Add:
hello@scamdefenseusa.com
Press Enter, then click Save

On the App

Currently, Outlook does not allow you to whitelist contacts from the mobile app or mobile website.
We HIGHLY recommend you follow the desktop steps ASAP.

If you can’t, follow these steps when you find our email in your spam inbox:

Open the Outlook mobile app
Find any message from hello@scamdefenseusa.com (in Focused, Other, or Junk)
Tap the ⋮ menu → Move → Move to Focused Inbox
Tap Always Move to ensure all future messages land in your Focused Inbox
