How to Whitelist Scam Defense for AOL

Add us as a contact first!
From your AOL email:
Click More options (⋯) → Add Sender to Contacts → Enter hello@scamdefenseusa.com → Save

On the App

Currently, AOL does not allow you to whitelist contacts from the mobile app or mobile website.
We HIGHLY recommend you follow the desktop steps ASAP.

If you can’t, follow these instructions when our email is in your spam inbox:

Open the AOL Mail app
Tap the ≡ menu → Spam
Select a Scam Defense email → tap the More icon (⋮) → Not Spam
Open the message → tap More options → Add Sender to Contacts

If you are unable to whitelist Scam Defense from your AOL desktop website, please let us know.
